We deliver the products through out the world by DTDC LIMITED EXPRESS.
Depending on the geographic location of the customer it takes about one to two weeks to deliver the product to the customers door.
REFUND : Once membership is approved and the necessary amount paid, no claims will be entertained for refund of money. In the case of the Card is damaged, contact must be made with in 24 hours of receipt of the card by email to privilegecard@sea-connect.com notifying us of any damage to the product. Upon return, the product will undergo a quality control check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once the returned product passes the quality control check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, an Replacement will be dispatched. Products should returned in their original packaging (where possible).
Use of product or Physical defect by customer will not be replaced by www.sea-connect.com.

Cancellation Policy
For Cancellations please contact the us via email privilegecard@sea-connect.com . Requests received after manufacturing and shipping of the product will be treated as invalid cancellation.
