INDIA LIKELY TO ATTEND SIGNING OF TALIBAN PEACE PACT WITH USIn its first step towards engaging with the Taliban, India has reportedlydecided to send its envoy to the signing of the peace pact between the USand Taliban in Doha on Saturday.This is the first time that an official representative will attend aceremony where the Taliban representatives will be present.
